• Strong communication skills and adaptability in dynamic classroom settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional and behavioral support, ensuring all students receive appropriate guidance
• Implement individualized behavior plans under the supervision of credentialed staff
• Support students one-on-one or in small groups to reinforce academic concepts and social skills
• Help maintain an organized, safe, and engaging classroom atmosphere
• Track and document student behaviors and progress, providing feedback to the educational team
• Participate in meetings, training sessions, and professional development as required by the school
