Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or relevant certifications are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist classroom teachers with instructional activities and lesson preparation
• Work directly with students in small groups or one-on-one to reinforce learning
• Support students with special needs, implementing accommodations as guided by teaching staff
• Help monitor classroom behavior, encourage participation, and foster an inclusive environment
• Prepare classroom materials and help maintain organized learning spaces
• Support students during transitions, lunch, and on school outings as needed
