Springfield Clinic, a leading physician-owned, multi-specialty group in Illinois, is seeking a BE/BC Otolaryngologist to join its respected team in Springfield. With more than 660 providers across 80+ specialties and subspecialties, the Clinic offers a highly collaborative environment with the autonomy and partnership opportunities of a physician-led organization.

About the Practice

• Join a well-established, high-volume ENT team of 6 physicians and advanced practice providers

• Robust, built-in referral network, ensuring immediate patient access and sustained volume

• Practice in a modern downtown facility directly connected to our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC), featuring 7 operating rooms

• Comprehensive, in-house audiology program with 5 audiologists

• Perform a full spectrum of otolaryngology procedures, with the flexibility to develop or expand subspecialty interests

• Experience true practice autonomy within a physician-led organization, with the ability to influence clinical decisions and practice growth

• Balanced practice setting with surgical and clinic opportunities at both the ASC and local hospitals

• Opportunity to engage in academic involvement with Southern Illinois University School of Medicine

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($500,000), commensurate with experience,

• Signing bonus and relocation assistance
