CompensationStructure: 33% of production ExpectedEarnings: $335,000–$500,000 annually ($1Mby year three) DailyGuarantee: $1,350–$2,000 (flexible, based on experience) CEsupport and Solea laser training QSEHRA:$2,400 annually per full-time employee TheOpportunity Thisis a full-time or part-time opportunity offering a well-balanced schedulewith flexible hours. Typical hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.,with early GA days usually 6:30 a.m.–3:30 p.m. Theassociate will provide a wide range of pediatric dentistry services,including: SSCcrowns, resins, pulps, root canals, extractions Spacemaintainers and other pediatric restorative procedures Ouroffice is equipped with cutting-edge technology, including: 4Solea lasers, SprintRay 3D printer, Cerec, ELF scanner, CBCT Mentorshipand collaboration are available for both new graduates and experienceddentists. There is also a clear path to partnership for candidates interestedin long-term growth.
