Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Tableau Developer with a strong data science background for a top enterprise client. This individual will play a critical role in transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights through high-impact Tableau dashboards and analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in SQL and Oracle databases with a strong analytical mindset and business acumen, enabling stakeholders to make confident, data-driven decisions. This role offers the opportunity to work cross-functionally, influence reporting strategy, and deliver executive-level insights at scale. Day-to-Day Design, develop, and maintain interactive Tableau dashboards and reports Partner with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into visual insights Perform data modeling and ETL to ensure high-quality, reliable data pipelines Write and optimize SQL queries for extraction, transformation, and analysis Work extensively within Oracle databases to support reporting and analytics needs Apply predictive modeling, statistical analysis, and ML techniques to enhance insights Ensure adherence to data governance, security standards, and best practices Troubleshoot Tableau performance issues and resolve data connectivity challenges We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
