At a precision manufacturer in Elmhurst, IL that produces high‑quality components for demanding industries.
What will I do every day?- Inspect precision‑machined parts against tight tolerances
- Run dimensional inspections on a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
- Read and interpret engineering drawings/blueprints
- Use micrometers, calipers, gauges, and other precision instruments
- Document results and support continuous quality initiatives
- Pay range: $25.00–$40.00 per hour
- Second shift differential: +10%
- 1st Shift: 6:00 AM–3:00 PM
- 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM–12:00 AM
- Hands‑on access to advanced inspection equipment (including CMM)
- Stable, well‑run precision manufacturing environment
- Long‑term growth opportunities with clear advancement paths
- Manufacturing quality inspection experience
- CMM experience is strongly preferred
- Proven blueprint reading capability
- Comfort with precision measurement tools
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM)
