Job descriptionCompany: TICE Chicken Holdings, a franchisee for the Popeyes brand, is currently seeking passionate individuals to join our team in Alabama.Job Objective: Are you ready to join the Popeyes family? We are hiring immediately for the position of Shift Manager. As a Shift Manager, you'll play a crucial role in providing guests with the best experience possible while contributing to the collaborative spirit of our team. This is an opportunity to learn, grow, and explore your career potential within our dynamic organization.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesGreets Guests with a smile while receiving orders and processing paymentsPrepares and packages food and drink productsResponsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the restaurant, including dining room, restroom & exteriorMaintains health and safety standards in work areasDemonstrate knowledge of the brand and menu itemsCheck food quality and food temperature throughout the day to ensure the food is fresh and safe to serveStrive for maximum efficiency to meet accuracy and speed of service standards.Completely and accurately fill orders within the mandated service time.Collection of customer payment for food order(s). Must be able to receive money and accurately count back change.Unloads and stocks inventory items as neededPrompt and regular attendance on assigned shiftsServSafe certified is a plusQualifications and skillsMust be at least eighteen (18) years of ageComfortable working in a fast paced environmentAbility to interact in a positive and professional manner with Guests and coworkersWillingness to learn all areas of restaurant operations & work multiple stationsAvailable to work evenings, weekends and holidaysPhysical DemandsMust be able to lift up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and or up to 15 pounds of force frequently,Ability to carry products/boxes and miscellaneous weighing no more than 60 poundsConsistently handle product preparation Similar Position Titles:Restaurant Manager, Fast Food Manager, Shift Manager, Assistant Manager, Management Position, Food Service Manager, Store Manager, Operations Manager, Team Leader, Supervisor, Leadership Role, Restaurant Leadership, Management Opportunity, Front of House Manager, Back of House Manager, Crew Manager, Shift Supervisor, Dining Manager
