Village Tavern. Located in the lower level of The Summit.

 

Highly Competitive Restaurant Pay, Scheduled Pay Reviews, Training, and Growth Opportunities

Reliability, good attendance, punctuality, professionalism, kindness, and a positive attitude are essential.

 

Pay range is $60,000–$75,000 plus bonus. Compensation is flexible based on experience.

 

We are looking for a restaurant leader who understands day-to-day operations, develops people, holds standards, communicates well, and leads with professionalism, fairness, accountability, and genuine care. This is a strong growth opportunity for someone who wants to become a high-level restaurant operator.

 

What You’ll Do:
As a Restaurant Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards. By bringing professionalism and a positive outlook, you will contribute to our restaurant's continued growth and success, as well as the long-term prosperity of our dedicated employees.
