Key Responsibilities of Nursing Director - Emergency Services

Schedule and Shift Details

Qualifications and Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of emergency nursing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certified; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and communication skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
