8A-5P Dates Needed:

9/1/2026 – 3/1/2027 Credentialing Timeframe: 60-90 days Certifications Required: Board Certified and

Mammography Quality Standards Act (MQSA) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
