What You'll Do

• Engage with customers through phone, email, and live chat, providing expert guidance on exhaust system configurations, fitment, sound characteristics, and finish options.
• Build lasting relationships with enthusiasts, dealers, and industry partners by understanding their vehicles, performance goals, and driving preferences.
• Collaborate with our engineering, production, and fulfillment teams to ensure a seamless experience from initial inquiry through delivery.
• Become a product expert across the GTHAUS product lineup.
• Represent the GTHAUS brand with professionalism, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for automotive performance.
• Contribute ideas and feedback that help improve customer experience, sales processes, and product offerings.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who is driven, customer-focused, and passionate about the automotive enthusiast industry.

• 1-3 years of sales, customer service, or account management experience, preferably within automotive aftermarket, e-commerce, or performance products.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to confidently engage customers and build trust.
• Genuine enthusiasm for cars, performance vehicles, and automotive culture. Knowledge of aftermarket modifications, exhaust systems, tuning, or motorsports is highly valued.
• Self-motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple customer conversations and projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency with order management systems, or the ability to quickly learn new software platforms.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and desire to grow with a company that has been serving automotive enthusiasts for more than 25 years.
