Contract Recruiter- Commercial
Intuitive Surgical
Intuitive Surgical seeks an experienced recruiter to identify, attract, and place talent across business units. This role involves full-lifecycle recruitment, strategic sourcing, hiring process coordination, and collaboration with hiring managers to meet evolving staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Consult with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and market availability
- Develop and execute creative recruitment strategies using multiple sourcing channels
- Manage full candidate lifecycle from sourcing through closing and documentation
- Present recruiting best practices and interview training to leadership teams
- Drive process improvements and lead initiatives to enhance recruitment effectiveness
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of recruiting experience
- Demonstrated full-lifecycle recruiting across multiple skill sets
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Outlook)
- ERP, Talent Management, or Applicant Tracking System experience preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
- Experience building relationships and working with diverse employee levels
