LVN Homecare – Fresno Schedule: Saturday and Sunday (7pm – 7am) Pay: $32/Hr

LVN MUST HAVE AT LEAST ONE YEAR OF EXPERIENCE

Hands on training is provided and MUST have LVN license in order to apply. Maxim Healthcare in Fresno, CA is hiring for a Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) to work with an adult patient dependent on G-Tube, Trach and Ventilator care. Responsibilities: Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care. On each assignment, provides skilled nursing care/services in accordance with prescribed orders. Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition. Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses.
