The Spine Works Chiropractic is looking for an energetic, dependable, and people-focused team member to join our growing practice in Nashville’s Gulch area.

This is not just a front-desk position. You will literally play an important role in each patient’s experience—from the moment they contact our office through every step of their care. You will help keep the clinic running smoothly, support patients during treatment, and work closely with our doctors and team. This is the place where most of Nashville's stars go to stay feeling their best.

Our office provides chiropractic care, spinal decompression therapy, SoftWave Therapy, corrective exercise, and rehabilitation. Previous healthcare experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person who is motivated, professional, and eager to learn.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and check in patients
• Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
• Answer phones and respond to text messages
• Collect patient payments and explain treatment plans
• Verify insurance benefits (training provided of course)
• Set up patients for spinal decompression therapy
• Assist with patient flow throughout the office
• Help maintain a clean, organized clinic
• Assist with social media content creation and patient testimonials
• Keep patient records accurate and organized
• Coordinate communication between doctors, staff, and patients
• Help create an outstanding patient experience every visit!

• Dependable, Punctual, Professional appearance
• Healthcare or chiropractic experience is a plus (but not required)

• Insurance verification experience
• Medical office experience
• Social media experience
• Sales or customer service background

Education  (One of the following is preferred:)

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a health-related field (or current student pursuing a healthcare degree)
• Chiropractic Assistant experience
• Medical office experience
• Equivalent healthcare experience

Typical Schedule:

Monday/Wednesday :
7:30 AM–11:30 AM
2:30 PM–6:00 PM

Tuesday/Thursday :
9:30 AM–12:30 PM
2:30 PM–6:00 PM

Friday :
8:30 AM–1:00 PM
