Responsibilities Include :

-Welcoming new practice members to the office

-Handle office administrative duties in a timely manner

-Perform routine clinical tasks to evaluate and serve our practice members

-Utilize all forms of communication (email, phone, text, video, and chat) with current and new patients in a professional manner

-Consistent training/growth: online, videos, team conferences, reading

​ Qualifications :

-Previous experience in healthcare is not required. However, a heart to help others get well, and a desire to celebrate amazing changes in their health with them is required.

-Willingness to honor health choices of others regardless of your personal health beliefs

- A certain level of education is not required. However, a desire to learn, grow, and achieve excellence professionally and personally is required

-Attention to detail with a high level of awareness

-Strong organizational, listening, and communication skills

-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, often-changing & adapting environment

-Creative problem-solving skills

-Able to have fun with a positive mindset

-Willingness to grow and be challenged to continue to grow
