Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a skilled Process Assistant/ Warehouse Lead to join our Warehouse & Logistics team. This critical role involves managing the daily operations of the Logistics Center in a cost-effective way ensuring both internal and external customer needs are met. The ideal candidate will be a leader who fosters a productive and efficient environment directly contributing to our ability to satisfy customer demands.

What Youll Do (Responsibilities)

In this role you will:

• Lead daily operational flow by overseeing incoming and outgoing shipments meticulously organizing merchandise and maintaining accurate warehouse inventory.

• Collaborate with team members and the Operations Supervisor to foster positive employee relations provide comprehensive training and escalate employee issues as necessary to maintain open communication.

• Ensure productivity quality and compliance by providing mentorship monitoring team performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and preparing detailed operational reports to inform decision-making.

What Youll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

The ideal candidate will have:

• Minimum of 12 years of proven leadership experience within a warehouse or logistics environment specifically in fulfillment or e-commerce operations.

• Strong knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and skills in monitoring daily production goals and dynamically adjusting strategies to meet KPIs.

• Proven ability in conflict resolution and expertly managing team dynamics to foster a productive efficient and cohesive work environment.

• Physical requirements to lift at least 40 lbs with frequent walking carrying reaching standing and stooping as required for the role. Note: After an offer is accepted all selected applicants must successfully complete a background check and drug screening.

Reasonably expected salary range: $51400.00 - $64200.00

Please note that an employees starting salary may vary based on a variety of factors. WhereState Municipal Provincial Territorial or other legal minimum wages exceed the federal minimum wage employees are entitled to the higher rate.
