Accounts Receivable Manager

THE ROLE

We are seeking an exceptional Accounts Receivable Manager to join our organization at Accredited Labs. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fast-growing team and have a direct impact on cash flow optimization, financial accuracy, and customer account management .

The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, deep expertise in accounts receivable processes, and the ability to drive efficiency in a fast-paced environment .

This position is based out of Dallas, TX.

As our Accounts Receivable Manager , you will be responsible for overseeing invoicing, collections, and cash application functions . This role is pivotal in ensuring financial stability, minimizing credit risk, and supporting overall organizational performance .

DAY TO DAY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee daily operations of the accounts receivable function, including billing, collections, dispute resolution, and cash application


• Ensure timely invoicing and accurate recording of receivables in accordance with internal policies and accounting standards


• Monitor aging reports and drive collection strategies to improve cash flow and reduce delinquency


• Develop and implement policies, procedures, and performance metrics to enhance efficiency and effectiveness


• Assess customer creditworthiness and establish appropriate credit limits


• Reconcile accounts and resolve billing discrepancies in coordination with internal stakeholders


• Support month-end and year-end close processes, including reconciliations and audit preparation


• Lead, mentor, and develop the accounts receivable team

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field


• 5+ years of accounts receivable experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role


• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, credit analysis, and collections strategies


• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills


• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills


• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

NICE TO HAVE

• CPA or MBA


• Experience in high-volume, multi-entity, or complex business environments


• Familiarity with automation tools that improve accounts receivable processes
