Job Description As a Security Officer Front Desk Ambassador in Charlotte, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate, and more. As a Front Desk Security Officer at a commercial real estate location, you will welcome visitors, manage access control and badge procedures, monitor entry activity, and provide exceptional customer service. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $18.26 / Hour Job Schedule: DayTimeMon11:00 PM - 07:00 AMTue11:00 PM - 07:00 AMFri11:00 PM - 07:00 AM Sat11:00 PM - 07:00 AMSun11:00 PM - 07:00 AM What You'll Do: Provide exceptional customer service at the front desk of a commercial real estate location by greeting visitors, answering inquiries, and communicating site-specific procedures. Monitor access to the facility by verifying visitor credentials, issuing visitor passes, maintaining visitor records, and directing guests to appropriate areas. Operate front-desk communication systems, receive and route calls, and communicate security-related information to site personnel and emergency responders as appropriate. Respond to incidents, visitor concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner in accordance with site-specific policies. Maintain accurate activity logs and incident documentation, and report unusual conditions or security-related concerns to appropriate personnel. Minimum Requirements: Possess at least one year of security-related experience. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
