Key Skills and Responsibilities Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision—inspections, reports, and productivity checks. Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants with clear communication, hands‑on training, and a positive vibe that keeps the team motivated and on point. Handle lost‑and‑found items with care, maintain key control, and manage access to sensitive areas such as master keys, storage rooms, and secure files—all while keeping safety top of mind. Set the bar high for sanitation and cleanliness across all facilities and equipment. You’re the reason everything looks fresh, feels safe, and exceeds expectations. Education and Experience High School diploma or equivalent; college coursework in a related field is a plus. 2‑3 years of experience in a hotel or related field is required. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
