Vascular Ultrasound Technologist (RVT)

Assignment Duration

This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule

Day Shift: 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:00); Night Shift: 4x10-Hour (22:00 - 08:00)

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Vascular Ultrasound Technologist who holds a current RVT certification. This position involves performing vascular ultrasound studies and providing quality patient care in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of recent experience in vascular ultrasound and possess excellent communication and technical skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform non-invasive vascular ultrasound examinations, including arterial and venous studies.
• Provide high-quality images and interpretive data for clinical diagnosis.
• Maintain equipment and assist with the troubleshooting of ultrasound machines.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure

• At least 1 year of recent experience in vascular ultrasound.
• Must possess RVT certification (ARDMS or equivalent).
• State license required (OBMI).
• Familiarity with Epic charting system preferred.
