Accounts Receivable Manager

We're partnering with a well-established, specialized services organization on an AR Manager . This role will lead a team in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and is ideal for someone who understands both the operational and accounting side of AR — including accuracy, reconciliations, process oversight, and cross-functional partnership. The company is seeking a hands-on leader who enjoys building consistency, developing people, and being onsite with the team to drive collaboration and results. Responsibilities Oversee daily accounts receivable team workflows to ensure accurate processing Maintain updated standard operating procedure documents and client service guidelines Coordinate team work schedules to meet operational deadlines and daily targets Manage hiring, onboarding, and continuous professional training for departmental staff Conduct performance reviews and career development meetings Design strategic process improvements to optimize overall receivables throughput Fulfill information requests from internal compliance teams and external auditors Monitor cash application processes to ensure accurate payment posting daily Reconcile account balances, returned payments, and client remittance schedules Enforce internal control protocols for payment processing and cash handling Distribute daily collection performance reports to management and external partners Qualifications 3+ years of AR experience, preferably in a banking environment 3+ years of people leadership experience Compensation and Benefits Salary Range: $95,000–$105,000 This role is also eligible for various benefits, including: Medical Insurance Actual base salary will be determined based on an individual's experience, skills, education, certifications, credentials, special skills, accomplishments, and other factors relevant to the position.
