Bright Minds Bright Beginnings LLC is looking for a passionate and nurturing Toddler Teacher to join our growing team in Philadelphia, PA! Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement age-appropriate, play-based curriculum for toddler-aged children
• Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment that supports early childhood development
• Monitor and document children's developmental milestones and progress
• Communicate regularly and effectively with parents and guardians regarding daily activities and child development
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom in compliance with licensing and health standards
• Support social-emotional learning and positive behavior guidance techniques
• Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to ensure a cohesive, supportive learning community

Requirements:

• CDA preferred
• Previous experience working with toddlers (ages 1–2) in a licensed childcare or preschool setting
• Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP) and early childhood learning standards
• Current or ability to obtain required PA childcare clearances (FBI, State Police, Child Abuse History)
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Warm, patient, and energetic demeanor with a genuine love for working with young children
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
