Responsibilities
- Operate CT equipment to produce cross-sectional images used for diagnosis; generate sagittal and coronal reformatted images for radiologist interpretation
- Perform a range of imaging procedures, including general radiography and fluoroscopy, as needed
- Utilize PACS and teleradiology systems to transfer images to the appropriate location
- Maintain accurate patient records, imaging/files, and billing information while safeguarding patient privacy under HIPAA
- Conduct routine maintenance and calibration of imaging equipment; manage supply inventory
- Collaborate with radiology team to ensure patient safety and image quality across adolescent to geriatric populations
- Provide support during shifts as needed, including coverage of X-ray procedures when required

Requirements
- Licensure/Certifications: ARRT RT (R)(CT)(ARRT) or RT (R)(ARRT) required; Radiologic Tech licensed in the state of practice required
- Certification: Advanced CT certification preferred; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required
- Fluoroscopy: Fluoroscopy license in the state of employment required; Fluoroscopy (FLUORO) competency required
- Education: Associate degree in Radiologic Technology preferred
- Experience: CT imaging experience with ARRT CT credential required; at least 3 years of radiology experience strongly preferred
- Other: Venipuncture certification preferred; experience with multi-modality imaging and a Phillips system is noted in job context; ability to work during day shift and respond to call duties
