This role focuses on product promotion and sales, without direct team management.Required Coverage Areas:OklahomaSpringfield Metro area of Southwest MissouriSpecific zip codes: 648, 656, 657, 658, 730, 731, 734, 735, 736, 737, 738, 739, 740, 741, 743, 744, 745, 746, 747, 748, & 849.We are seeking candidates residing in Tulsa, Oklahoma City, or Springfield areas.Position Overview: The Sales Manager is responsible for promoting veterinary products to distributors and practicing Veterinarians to drive business growthKey Responsibilities:Provide training to distributor representatives and OTC representatives on product features and technical aspectsSupport new product launches by ensuring call centers are equipped with necessary materialsVisit Veterinarian offices to educate and promote products through presentations and samplesSchedule and conduct dinner meetings with distributor representativesCollaborate with Technical Service Veterinarian to organize symposiums and lectures at veterinary schoolsEngage with veterinary schools to update them on product offerings and pricingManage yearly budget for marketing activities and product launchesGenerate informative reports for headquarters and adapt to changing industry trendsCollaborate with internal departments and work effectively in a team environmentAdditional duties as required to meet company goalsMinimum Qualifications:Experience in veterinary product sales or animal health industry preferred. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency in MS Office Suite essential.Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent with at least 1 year of sales or marketing experience, or 3 years in a veterinary hospital setting
