Director of Creator & Affiliate Marketing

About the Role

Royal Therapy is a U.S. sleep and bedding brand selling through Amazon, direct-to-consumer ecommerce, Walmart, and other retail and commerce channels.

We are hiring a full-time Director of Creator & Affiliate Marketing to build and lead our creator-led commerce program.

This role will own the system connecting creator acquisition, affiliate partnerships, content performance, creator-attributed sales, repeat creator relationships, and paid amplification of winning creator content.

The position is both strategic and hands-on. The person we hire should be comfortable developing the creator growth strategy while also working directly with creators, reviewing performance data, improving workflows, and managing a small acquisition team.

Responsibilities

• Own Royal Therapy's creator and affiliate growth strategy across TikTok Shop and other relevant commerce channels.
• Build and manage a scalable creator acquisition and activation program.
• Manage a small team responsible for creator research, qualification, outreach, follow-up, and product seeding.
• Develop creator qualification standards based on product fit, content quality, audience relevance, commerce performance, and sales potential.
• Manage product sampling and improve the progression from sample acceptance to published content.
• Track creator performance, including creator-attributed revenue, GMV, orders, conversion, CAC, ROAS, and contribution economics where applicable.
• Identify high-performing creators and develop repeat creator relationships.
• Build commission structures, creator incentives, and performance tiers.
• Identify high-performing creator content for paid amplification.
• Work with paid media resources on Spark Ads, GMV Max, whitelisting, Partnership Ads, or similar creator-content amplification.
• Develop weekly reporting and clear performance benchmarks for creator acquisition, activation, content production, sales, and retention.
• Recommend when to scale, modify, or stop creator programs based on performance data.
• Collaborate directly with Royal Therapy's founders on growth priorities and commercial goals.

Required Qualifications

• Professional experience managing creator, influencer, affiliate, or social-commerce programs for a consumer or DTC brand.
• Hands-on experience with creator acquisition, outreach, activation, and relationship management.
• Experience working with TikTok Shop Affiliate Center, Seller Center, or comparable social-commerce platforms.
• Demonstrated responsibility for measurable creator- or affiliate-attributed revenue.
• Strong understanding of creator performance measurement and ecommerce attribution.
• Experience managing or directly supervising a small team.
• Ability to operate as a player-coach: comfortable leading the function while remaining involved in execution.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working with the U.S. consumer market.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with physical consumer products, home, wellness, sleep, beauty, or related categories.
• Experience building repeat-creator or ambassador programs.
• Shopify or DTC ecommerce experience.
• Experience evaluating creator performance using GMV, CAC, ROAS, conversion, and contribution economics.
• Experience amplifying creator content through Spark Ads, GMV Max, whitelisting, Partnership Ads, or similar paid-media formats.
• Experience building a creator or affiliate program from an early stage through measurable scale.
