Quick Facts Location: Dayton, Ohio (Children s Plaza) Start Date: 06/11/2026 Shift: 8 or 10-hour shifts ( or ) Hours/Week: 40-50 hours Employment Type: Full-Time, Permanent Certifications: Current CRNA certification, Ohio licensure, PALS Experience: 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric anesthesia preferred Pay & Benefits Hourly Rate: $1.00 (Please note, this is a placeholder; compensation will be discussed upon application) Salary Range: $250,000 - $290,000 annually, based on experience Sign-on Bonus: Available based on commitment Incentive Bonuses: Potential yearly incentive bonus Paid Time Off: 291-331 hours of CME/PTO annually, including CME allowance of $3,500 Retirement & Financial: 401(k) with match, Mega backdoor Roth option, deferred compensation plan Other Benefits: Competitive pay packages, weekly pay schedule via direct deposit, comprehensive medical benefits, licensure, certification, travel reimbursements, and more What You ll Do Collaborate with anesthesiologists to develop and implement anesthesia care plans. Administer anesthesia for neonatal and pediatric patients undergoing surgical procedures. Monitor patient vital signs and adjust anesthesia levels accordingly. Participate in pre-operative assessments and post-operative care. Ensure patient safety and comfort throughout procedures. Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia care. Contribute to a collaborative, trauma-level 1 center with 11 ORs at the main facility and 4 at additional sites. What You Need Required: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Graduation from an accredited AANA-approved nurse anesthesia program Current CRNA certification and Ohio licensure PALS certification Strong communication and basic computer skills Excellent manual dexterity and stamina Preferred: 1-3 years neonatal/pediatric anesthesia experience About the Assignment As a vital member of our anesthesia team in our state-of-the-art pediatric facility, you will provide expert anesthesia care for neonatal and pediatric surgical patients.
