IMPORTS OPERATION
Duties / Responsibilities
Process payments and paperwork for freight release in a timely manner
Coordinate cross-functionally with other departments to ensure efficiency in release processes
Provide customer service through phone and/or email regarding shipment and their status
Maintain organized records of release, accounts receivable, and accounts payable
Skills
Proficient xhqgsiq computer skills with the ability to learn new software
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel
Communicative, collaborative, and critical thinking skills
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to changes
Attention to detail
