Sell and recommend wash packages and memberships???? Build quick connections with customers???? Deliver top-tier customer service???? Check truck beds before vehicles enter the wash???? Help keep the site clean, organized, and moving???? Assist with loading vehicles when needed???? Help with trash, towels, lot upkeep, pit cleaning, and nightly cleaning sections???? LOADERSPrefer staying active and working hands-on? Our Loaders play an important role in keeping the wash safe, clean, and efficient.What You'll Do???? Check truck beds before loading???? Apply appropriate retracts when necessary???? Safely load vehicles onto the wash conveyor???? Guide customers through the loading process???? Monitor the tunnel and loading area for safety???? Clean the pit and assist with other cleaning tasks???? Complete assigned nightly cleaning sections???? Deep clean during slow or rainy periods???? LOT ATTENDANTSOur Lot Attendants help make sure customers have a great experience even after they leave the wash tunnel. If you like staying busy, helping customers, and keeping things looking great, this could be the position for you.What You'll Do???? Empty trash and keep the lot clean???? Unclog and maintain vacuums???? Restock clean towels and collect/wash dirty towels???? Engage with customers while they're cleaning their vehicles???? Ask customers how their wash was and offer additional towels or assistance???? Encourage customer reviews and identify sales opportunities???? Complete assigned nightly cleaning sections???? Deep clean during slow or rainy periods????
