Facility: Berkshire Health Systems Family Birthplace
Setting: Private birthing rooms with 24/7 delivery, anesthesia, and dedicated C-section OR support
Care Team: Collaboration with obstetricians, midwives, obstetrical nurses, and lactation consultants
Local Restriction: Candidates residing within 50 miles will not be considered
Submission: Agency’s Massachusetts Temporary Nursing Service Agency license must be included
Interview: At least 2 specific interview dates and times must be listed; “anytime” is not accepted
RTO: Must be submitted upfront; no post-submission/interview requests and no more than 5 days
