Nurse Practitioner – Primary Care

Full-Time or Part-Time

Compensation & Growth Opportunity

Full-Time Starting Salary: $95,000 annually

We welcome both new graduate/entry-level and experienced Nurse Practitioners to apply. New providers will be given time to become familiar with our patients, EHR, and clinical workflow. Patient volume will gradually increase rather than requiring a full patient load immediately.

As the provider becomes established within the practice, patient volume is expected to increase, with a long-term goal of approximately 25–30 patients per day .

There is opportunity for compensation increases based on patient volume, productivity, performance, and overall contribution to the practice.

Part-Time Option – $46–$48/hour

Candidates who prefer a part-time position are also welcome to apply . The part-time position will be assigned exclusively to our Kissimmee office .

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday & Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM
Pay: $46–$48 per hour

The part-time position offers a consistent three-day workweek with no nights, weekends, or on-call responsibilities .

Family Care is a Primary Care Physician's office seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join our team. Our office operates Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM , with no night or weekend calls .

Full-Time – $95,000/year

Full-Time Benefits:
