Litigation law firm seeks paralegal to provide high-level litigation support for multiple attorneys. Candidate must have thorough knowledge of MS Word and Outlook (Excel and LEAP a plus), strong typing skills (at least 50 wpm), the ability to multitask, effective communication skills (both verbal and written), and a professional attitude.

Preferred candidates will possess an Associate or Bachelor's degree or have paralegal experience, training, or education. Compensation commensurate with qualifications and experience.

Compensation:

$50,000 - $65,000 depending on experience

Responsibilities:

• Drafting correspondence, pleadings, motions, and subpoenas;

• Communications with clients, opposing counsel, clerks of court, and others;

• Scheduling appointments, depositions, hearings, and trials;

• Managing and organizing files;

• Assistance in trial preparation and presentation.

Qualifications:

• Associate or Bachelor's degree or paralegal experience, training, or education preferred.

• Candidate must possess excellent time management and organizational skills and produce a high-quality, timely work product.
