Job Description Job Description Job Opportunity: Gynecologist We are a well-established women's health group focused exclusively on gynecological care, and we are excited to announce our expansion. We are seeking a warm and empathetic Gynecologist to join our team, welcoming both experienced professionals and new graduates. This position is available in our state-of-the-art facility located in the vibrant Midtown East area of New York City. Our practice currently includes four gynecologists, featuring a breast specialist and a minimally invasive gynecologic surgeon. Position Details Work Schedule: Full-time or part-time options available Work Environment: Modern office with top hospital network affiliation Flexible Hours: 4-5 day work week with dedicated operating room time No Obstetrics: No hospital on-call duties required Malpractice Coverage: Provided on an occurrence basis Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience, plus revenue-based bonuses Benefits Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401(k) Plan with Employer Match Four Weeks of Paid Time Off Key Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive gynecologic care to patients Assess and evaluate patients' health conditions Provide education on preventive care to patients Maintain accurate patient histories and treatment records using electronic health records (EHR) Order and interpret diagnostic tests, ensuring appropriate follow-up Refer patients to specialists or other healthcare providers when necessary Perform gynecological procedures and surgeries, either in-office or at affiliated hospitals/surgery centers Qualifications Current New York State medical license Minimum of 1 year of experience in a hospital or private practice setting; new graduates are encouraged to apply Proficient in patient charting and familiar with relevant electronic charting systems Ability to effectively supervise and manage medical staff and assistants within the office Contract Length Minimum commitment of 2 years. Electronic Medical Records (EMR) Systems Experience with Epic and DrChrono preferred.
