Construction Project Manager

We are looking for an experienced Construction Project Manager for their expanding team. Join a fast‑growing subcontractor firm with over $25M in active backlog and lead high‑visibility interior fit‑out projects from start to finish. Job Description: + Manage interior projects - Oversee 5-12 commercial fit‑out jobs at once, typically $100K-$1M in value. + Run full project lifecycle - Lead planning, scheduling, execution, and closeout to meet quality and timeline goals. + Coordinate stakeholders - Work daily with clients, designers, subs, and vendors to keep scope aligned. + Maintain schedules & budgets - Track timelines, costs, and progress to ensure projects stay on target. + Manage documentation - Handle RFIs, change orders, and submittals with accuracy and timely communication. + Conduct site visits - Monitor progress, verify quality, and ensure safety and code compliance. + Identify risks early - Spot delays or issues and implement effective mitigation strategies. + Coordinate materials - Ensure materials, equipment, and resources are ordered and delivered on schedule. + Lead project meetings - Provide clear updates on milestones, risks, and next steps to all stakeholders. + Build client relationships - Serve as the main point of contact and deliver strong customer service throughout each project. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $43.26 - $52.88/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
