Coverage:

Full-time

Minimum Assignment:

5-7 consecutive 24-hour call shifts

Preferred Assignment:

10+ consecutive 24-hour call shifts

Full-time locum coverage needed Must be available for a minimum of

5-7 consecutive 24-hour pager call shifts

Providers able to cover

10+ consecutive shifts

are highly preferred Weekday clinic coverage as needed, typically

8:30 AM - 4:00 PM

Clinic coverage is primarily to cover a part-time provider during vacation Required Licenses & Certifications

Board Certified OB/GYN Active Oregon medical license, Active IMLC, or willing to obtain Oregon licensure DEA CSR (copy or current status required at name clear) BLS Certification

Highly Preferred Local candidates Clinical Details

Full Scope OB/GYN 24-hour pager call with low callback volume Low-volume practice ED GYN: Approximately 1-2 patients per month Clinic volume: Approximately 15-18 patients per day (varies) Approximately 360 deliveries annually (about 30 per month) Provider expected to perform deliveries during clinic hours Level I NICU 10-bed Labor, Delivery, Recovery, and Postpartum (LDRP) unit 2-bed newborn nursery No supervision of other providers required Ideal Candidate

Board Certified OB/GYN Oregon licensed, Active IMLC, or willing to obtain Oregon licensure Available for at least

5-7 consecutive 24-hour call shifts

Comfortable providing full-scope OB/GYN care with occasional clinic coverage Able to commit to longer assignment blocks preferred
