What You'll Do

As a Night Shift RN, you will play a critical role in delivering quality patient care and ensuring continuity of services throughout the facility. Responsibilities include:

• Performing nursing assessments and triage
• Administering medications and treatments
• Responding to urgent and emergent medical situations
• Monitoring chronic health conditions
• Collaborating with providers and interdisciplinary healthcare staff
• Maintaining accurate documentation and medical records
• Educating patients on health conditions and treatment plans
• Supporting a safe and professional healthcare environment

What We're Looking For

• Active Alabama Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Current CPR certification
• Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work independently and confidently
• Excellent communication and documentation abilities
• Correctional, emergency, medical-surgical, or behavioral health experience is helpful but not required
