Onsite VIP Deskside Support Specialist
Artech Information Systems LLC
A leading IT staffing company based in Chicago is seeking an IT Support professional with 5-7 years of experience in Deskside Break/Fix troubleshooting. The ideal candidate will provide VIP level support, assist with Microsoft OS including Win7 and Win10, and some MAC OS support. Strong communication and customer service skills are essential, as well as the ability to troubleshoot various mobility devices.
