Position Summary

Light Environmental is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to serve as a primary point of contact for customers. This position is responsible for responding to inquiries, resolving customer concerns, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring a professional and positive customer experience across phone, email, and online communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries by phone, email, and online chat.
• Assist customers with questions regarding services, appointments, account information, and general requests.
• Resolve customer concerns and complaints while maintaining a courteous and solutions-oriented approach.
• Document customer interactions, requests, and resolutions accurately in company systems.
• Process customer information, updates, and service requests.
• Coordinate with internal departments to resolve issues and follow up on outstanding requests.
• Monitor customer inquiries and ensure timely responses.
• Maintain accurate customer records and protect confidential information.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and customer service standards.
• Identify recurring customer issues and communicate trends to management.
• Assist with administrative and data-entry tasks as needed.
• Maintain consistent productivity and service quality while working independently in a remote environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service, administrative, or call center experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional and courteous telephone and email etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
• Comfortable using computers, email, Microsoft Office, and customer management systems.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a suitable home-office environment.
