This position primarily requires 2nd shift and/or 3rd shift availability, including some weekends. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and possess a valid, clean driver's license. Responsibilities As a Direct Support Professional / Caregiver, you will provide hands‑on support and assistance to individuals with disabilities in residential and community settings. Daily responsibilities may include: Providing compassionate caregiving and personal care support Assisting with daily living activities, hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders Supporting individuals during evening and overnight (night shift) routines Encouraging independence, socialization, and community involvement Transporting individuals to appointments, activities, and community outings Maintaining a safe, positive, and supportive environment Collaborating with team members, families, and care providers Monitoring and documenting progress toward individualized goals Serving as a dependable and reliable support system for individuals in care Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old Valid and clean driver's license required Reliable transportation and dependable attendance Availability for 2nd shift, 3rd shift, night shifts, and some weekends Strong communication and interpersonal skills Compassionate, patient, and caring personality Experience in caregiving, direct support, healthcare, DSP work, CNA work, home health aide, residential care, or human services preferred but not required Ideal Candidates May Have Experience As: Caregiver Caregiving Assistant Direct Support Professional (DSP) Home Health Aide (HHA) Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Residential Support Staff Overnight Caregiver Personal Care Aide Behavioral Health Technician Human Services Worker Make an Impact Every Day Every shift is an opportunity to help individuals achieve greater independence, confidence, and quality of life.
