Don Vance Auto Group is seeking a professional, organized, and customer-focused Office Staff member to join our team. This position plays a key role in supporting dealership operations by assisting customers, handling administrative duties, processing paperwork, and providing support to the sales, service, and accounting departments.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Answer and direct incoming phone calls
• Process and maintain dealership paperwork and records
• Assist with vehicle sales and service documentation
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer information
• Handle filing, scanning, and document management
• Support accounting functions, including receivables, payables, and cashiering as needed
• Process mail and office correspondence
• Maintain office supplies and assist with general administrative tasks
• Collaborate with dealership staff to ensure efficient daily operations

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Previous office, administrative, customer service, or dealership experience preferred
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy

Office staff schedules will be based on dealership business hours:

• Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Sunday: Closed
