Travel Registered Nurse Newborn Nursery Job

Overview Registered Nurse – Newborn Nursery travel assignment in a hospital setting located in Concord, New Hampshire. Start date 09/28/2026 for a 13-week assignment. Weekly pay range $2,714 to $2,828 with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are 12-hour nights (12x3). This is a travel – temporary assignment through Healthforce Healthcare LLC. Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,714-$2,828 per week Guaranteed hours: 36 per week Contract duration: 13 weeks Shift: 12-hour night shifts (12x3) Start date: 09/28/2026 Work setting: hospital neonatal unit integrated with labor and delivery Responsibilities Provide direct nursing care to neonates in the Special Care Nursery (SCN), including monitoring vitals, feeding progression, and growth for neonates 32 weeks gestation and above. Attend deliveries of vaginal births and participate in cesarean deliveries in the OR as part of the integrated LDRP unit. Initiate neonate IV access, assist with stabilization, and support resuscitation per unit protocols. Administer surfactant therapy via LMA to appropriate candidates according to unit guidelines. Float to postpartum or pediatrics if needed to support the team; otherwise focus on SCN responsibilities and newborn care. Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record; Cerner experience is preferred but not required.
