Registered Nurse – Medical-Surgical / TelemetrySchedule3x12-hour day shifts; weekends included in schedule.Assignment DetailsPatient ratio: 1:6; maximum census of 20.RequirementsMinimum 2 years of RN experience.Travel experience required.Telemetry / Med-Surg experience preferred.Required certifications: NIHSS, BLS.Experience with Epic charting system required.Core clinical skills include telemetry monitoring, IV starts, phlebotomy, feeding tube care, ostomy care, wound care, and blood product administration.ResponsibilitiesMonitor and interpret telemetry data.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.Assess patient conditions and respond appropriately in emergency situations.Compliance / NotesState or Compact RN license must be valid at the time of submission.
