Overview
Registered Nurse, Med Surg — Willits, CA. Travel assignment begins 09/14/2026 for 13 weeks with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Night shift, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM (3x12s) at a Critical Access Hospital setting. Weekly pay range: $1,824–$1,921.

Responsibilities
- Deliver direct, coordinated nursing care for adult patients in the medical-surgical unit according to standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess data, develop and implement a plan of care, and evaluate patient progress toward outcomes.
- Collaborate with the patient, family, and interdisciplinary team; educate patients and families about conditions and treatments.
- Supervise and direct activities of assigned nursing staff across levels, coordinating care with other disciplines.
- Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care and safe transitions.
- Maintain a safe, healing environment and delegate duties appropriately to the healthcare team.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor
- Minimum 2 years of recent med-surg/acute care nursing experience
- EPIC EMR experience required
- BSN degree preferred
- ACLS and PALS certifications preferred
- Ability to work night shifts and adapt to a 3x12 schedule
