Our employees are one of our most important resources, which is why we promise to deliver.Dolese Delivers:Stable FoundationTreat with RespectSafe EnvironmentsEmployee FocusJOB SUMMARYThe Production Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently operating aggregate processing equipment and effectively monitoring all equipment under his/her control.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES/ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOperates aggregate processing mobile and/or stationary equipment and monitors all plant equipment accountable to him or herFollows all company policies and local, state, and federal regulations (MSHA, etc.) for safe, environmentally conscious working proceduresPerforms daily pre‐and‐post inspections with appropriate documentation in compliance with company policiesFeeds the plant(s) with desired specification products and maintains adequate feed of materials and stockpilesMaintains the consistent and efficient operation of the plant(s)Performs minor servicing and maintenance of equipment or facilitiesAssists with major repairs as neededRegular, reliable attendance at the worksite or assigned work locationOther duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as neededQUALIFICATIONSEducation & ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredKnowledge, Skills & AbilitiesMust possess a safe work historyMust have a good record of behavior and attendanceHave a positive attitude and proactive approach to our safety programWillingness to do other work as needed, including heavy laborAbility to operate and monitor equipment in a safe and efficient mannerAbility to perform preventive maintenance and pre-shift inspections; repair and/or clean equipment as neededAbility to comprehend and complete all needed paperwork in a timely and accurate mannerAbility to work collectively in a team environmentWillingness to work a flexible schedule, including swing shift, graveyard shift, nights, overtime, and weekends as requiredPHYSICAL REQUIREMENTSLift objects of various dimensions and up to 75 lbs. of weight occasionally and 50 lbs. of weight frequentlyAbility to work near, around, or on light or heavy equipmentAbility to repeatedly climb stairs and climb laddersAbility to repeatedly balance, bend from the trunk, crawl, kneel, push and pull objectsAbility to use vibration tools frequentlyAbility to tolerate working outdoors in all environmental temperatures and weather conditionsAbility to repeatedly reach, squat, and tolerate prolonged standing/walking/sittingAbility to repeatedly walk on uneven surfacesEEO Statement:We consider applicants for all positions without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, genetics, marital or protected veteran status.
