Job Summary Pine Trace Golf Club is seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused individuals to join our exceptional team as Restaurant Servers. The ideal candidate is passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences and upholding our commitment to excellence. Part-time positions are available. Compensation $5.49 per hour + tips Responsibilities As a Restaurant Server, your daily duties will include: Provide prompt, friendly, and exceptional service of food and beverages to guests in our restaurant. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic mixed drinks. Warmly greet and interact with customers in the clubhouse and at the turn grille. Actively participate in providing high-quality food and beverage services for special events, banquets, and golf outings hosted at the course. Schedule Shifts are approximately 8 hours in duration. Availability is required for AM/PM shifts, including weekdays, weekends, and holidays. Candidate Requirements Friendly and Outgoing: Able to interact positively with guests and staff. Self-Motivated: Proactive in identifying and completing tasks without constant supervision. A Team Player: Willing to collaborate closely with servers, bartenders, and kitchen staff. Detail-Oriented: Able to efficiently handle multiple support tasks in a timely manner. Qualifications Prior experience in restaurant service is preferred. A minimum of 1 year of customer service experience is preferred. Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, as well as weekends and holidays. All experience levels are welcome—we provide comprehensive training for all new staff (Prior bar tending experience is not mandatory, but preferred).
