HR Coordinator - Absence & Disability Specialist

Job Description
Key Responsibilities
\n- \n
- Day to day absence management functions. \n
- Interaction with our vendors, United Review, MetLife and Liberty Mutual. \n
- Corresponding with employees and managers on status of leaves, time coding questions, etc. \n
- Computer savvy, able to navigate excel and assist with improving current processes \n
- Assist with consolidating information from existing records into new file feed format \n
Required Qualifications
\n- \n
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources \n
- Experience in Talent Acquisition preferred \n
- Ability to handle multiple priorities \n
- Strong verbal and written communication skills \n
- Experience with applicant tracking systems a plus \n
- Must have strong knowledge of Word and Excel. \n
- Must be organized, high-energy and have a strong attention to detail \n
