Whether you have a few years of sales experience or are an ambitious recent graduate with internship or customer-facing experience, we're looking for someone who is coachable, driven, and eager to grow.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, cold calling, and email outreach.
• Build relationships with commercial customers, distributors, and key decision-makers.
• Manage the sales process from initial contact through closing.
• Prepare customer quotes and proposals.
• Maintain an active pipeline and track sales activities using CRM software.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Attend customer visits and industry trade shows (approximately 7 days of travel per month).
• Participate in sales meetings and contribute to business development strategies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
• 1–3+ years of sales, customer service, business development, or account management experience preferred.
• Recent graduates with internship, leadership, or customer-facing experience are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and eager to learn.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; CRM experience is a plus.
• Ability to travel up to seven days per month.
