Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Customer Master Data Specialist positions in Parsippany, NJ. Responsibilities Establish and maintain customer master data, including address codes for direct and indirect customers within order-to-cash systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance with standard operating procedures. Perform ongoing customer account maintenance, including updates, changes, and deletions while maintaining the integrity of customer information and financial data. Investigate and verify licensing and financial responsibility requirements, including state, DEA, and veterinary licenses, and communicate with customers to obtain updated documentation. Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and Salesforce.com while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. Requirements High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of customer service experience with strong customer interaction and communication skills. SAP order-to-cash experience preferred, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and web-based applications. Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills with a high attention to detail and accuracy.
