Sales Order Coordinator

Detail-oriented and proactive, the full-time remote Sales Order Coordinator will manage order processing from receipt through invoicing across multiple sales channels, ensuring seamless fulfillment for retail and eCommerce customers, including Amazon. Key Responsibilities Coordinate sales orders across various channels, validating order attributes and consulting with the Sales Team as needed Foster relationships with retail partners, serving as the primary point of contact for order inquiries and updates Support special projects related to sales promotions and product merchandising while maintaining accurate order and inventory records Required Qualifications Experience in order processing and fulfillment within a multi-channel sales environment Proficiency in using OMS, ERP, WMS, and EDI systems Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively Experience in cross-functional collaboration and project coordination Ability to analyze data and create reports related to order volumes and fulfillment performance
