In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of approximately 75–120 property owners, with a focus on building strong partnerships, delivering an exceptional owner experience, retaining existing clients, and identifying opportunities to grow the portfolio. As a primary point of contact for our property owners, you’ll provide timely, professional, and solutions-focused communication while developing trusted, long-term relationships. You’ll collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure each property is well maintained, performing successfully, and receiving the attention it deserves. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, responsive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Most importantly, you’ll be an advocate for our owners—anticipating needs, resolving concerns, and helping them feel confident in their partnership with our team. This role combines relationship management, hospitality, business consulting, and problem solving. No two days are exactly alike, and every interaction is an opportunity to strengthen partnerships and create long term success. What You’ll Do Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of approximately 75 to 120 homeowners. Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners through proactive communication and exceptional service. Communicate with property owners daily through phone, email, text, and in person meetings. Manage all facets of new owner and property onboarding. Attend new property inspections and assist with property launches. Maintain accurate property records and documentation. Review and assess monthly owner statements to ensure accuracy and transparency. Work closely with Operations and other departments to address property specific needs. Proactively communicate property performance, opportunities, and recommendations to owners. Promote and exemplify the company's Mission, Vision, and Core Values. How Success Is Measured Maintain an owner retention rate of 90% or greater, with a goal of 93% or greater. Respond to all owner requests within two business hours. Achieve high owner satisfaction across the portfolio. Contact every owner at least once per month. Deliver a professional, proactive, and solution-oriented ownership experience. Identify opportunities that improve property performance and owner engagement. Qualifications Experience in customer service, hospitality, account management, property management, client relations, or a related field preferred. Exceptional communication and relationship building skills. Strong organization, prioritization, and time management abilities. Strong problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and business technology platforms. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required. High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field preferred. Physical Requirements Ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, and climb stairs for extended periods of time. Ability to conduct property inspections both indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions. Ability to travel regularly throughout the local market to visit properties and meet with homeowners. Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds occasionally. Ability to operate a computer and other standard office equipment. Ability to communicate effectively in person, by phone, and through written communication. Ability to work occasional evenings, weekends, and on call shifts as business needs require. Schedule This is a full time position based in Destin, Florida. Typical workdays are Monday through Friday, with schedules generally falling between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM based on business needs. Because our homeowners and properties operate seven days a week, this role may participate in occasional rotating on call weekend responsibilities shared among the Owner Relations Team.
