About the Role

The Company is in search of a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead and execute its enterprise-wide growth strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving initiatives across various business lines, with a focus on client acquisition, partnerships, and expansion. This role demands a strategic and entrepreneurial leader who can lead both organic and inorganic growth efforts, including business development, distribution strategy, and process optimization. The Chief Growth Officer will also be tasked with building and maintaining referral networks, leading corporate development activities, and implementing scalable operating processes to support sustainable growth.
